We are in the Diocese of Manchester in the Archdeaconry of Bolton

 

The United Benefice of Horwich and Rivington is a Team Ministry,

consisting of four Anglican churches,

with currently two full-time clergy, two Ordained Local Ministers and a Curate,

plus a wider team of retired clerical and lay ministers

 

The Churches are :

Holy Trinity, Horwich   Holy Trinity

Rivington Parish Church, Rivington Village   Rivington

St. Catherine’s, Horwich, and   St Catherine

St. Elizabeth’s, Horwich.   About Us

 

The Horwich and Rivington team Ministry offers a range of church traditions with a broadly evangelical emphasis.

Each church has a slightly different tradition and focus.
