Our finances are generally fairly healthy but it does not do to become complacent

2 Corinthians 9:7 (New International Version) says

Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

and as a church we are committed to Mission Giving.

We currently support:

Locally            Winter Watch
A centre for the homeless in Winter providing meals, showers, clothing, haircuts, the opportunity to chat and willing listeners.

Nationally        Church Army
Church Army train Evangelists and currently has over 300 of them transforming lives by sharing the gospel in a variety of situations right across the UK and Ireland.

Internationally   2 Indian Pastors working in the villages outside Delhi.
Our retired vicar used to be a missionary out there, met and encouraged these men as teenagers and now returns each year to visit and encourage them and preach and teach in the villages.

Annually

We support:

Christian Aid Week

Harvest - we give monetary offerings to a chosen Team Churches appeal and
tinned foods to a selected local charity.

Operation Christmas Child - sending shoeboxes to needy children overseas.
